General terms

 

Bookings made for BrickBuilders sessions are only confirmed once payment has been completed (to be sent by The Brick Builder, owner of the BrickBuilders program). Bank transfer and credit card payment can be used during checkout.

After school sessions are to be paid in full at time of booking for each school term as defined at booking. Workshop sessions can be booked individually as offered.

 

Session minimums

Our sessions will typically only run with a minimum of 15 participants. Should a participant minimum not be met by 5 business days out (and it has been decided to cancel the session) parents/caregivers will be advised by email and offered alternative sessions or 100% refunds. We endeavour to do all we can to ensure sessions go ahead, and sessions will not be cancelled after this period has passed.

 

Cancellation policy

50% refund of remaining sessions possible up until 5 business days of next session date.

 

Duty of care

All of our staff hold relevant requirements to work with children and our policies are in place to ensure participants have a safe experience. Participants at after school sessions where school staff are present/or the session bookings are maintained by school staff are still in the overall care of the school. Participants who are at after school or workshop sessions staffed by The Brick Builder are in our care and subject to our care and collection policies.

 

Collection

Participants will only be released to a legal guardian or someone pre-nominated by them ahead of the session. Participants not collected within 10 minutes of the end of their session time will be charged an extra $10, with an additional $10 per half hour of delay in collection. Unless agreed prior to the session.

 

Discounts

The Brick Builder may have offered a range of discount codes for BrickBuilders. Note that the maximum inclusive discount can be no higher than a combination of any two offered and must be entered at time of booking.
