Business Officer

Casual role of 10-25 hours, depending on discussion. October start.

We are currently seeking a highly organised individual for a part-time role in administration, HR, and school relationships. The role will be offered initially in a part-time capacity, with a view to growing the role in 2023.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administration (Participant registration, social/email communications, procedures)
  • Team management (Rosters, record keeping, onboarding)
  • Relationships (Maintaining school contacts, and looking at new opportunities)

The role will work closely with Ben. Further, depending on the candidate there is also the opportunity to train in the delivery of the BrickBuilders program, gaining an understanding of the activities, and providing relief cover.

The role will be split between office and home

To apply for this role:

A background in education administration, similar, or teaching is preferred.

Applicants must have the right to work in Australia, and hold a Queensland Blue Card (working with children check).

Creative Learning Facilitators

Gold Coast – Northern Gold Coast – Gold Coast – Southern Gold Coast/Tweed

Casual, 3 – 12 Hours per week

Do you work well with kids? Do you have experience with and a passion for LEGO bricks? Having experience with LEGO will definitely help you in this role. We are currently seeking casual staff to assist in the delivery of our after school ‘BrickBuilders’ program on the Gold Coast. BrickBuilders is specially designed to provide educational and social experiences with LEGO bricks.

What we offer:

  • Stability – with multiple three-hour after school shifts per week at several Gold Coast schools.
